Registration Information
We are using GoogleForms for registration. Please look over the examples below to become familiar with the form BEFORE you register:

In this section, select ONE class offered during Session 1: 9:00am – 10:00am.
Continue in this way for all FIVE sessions.
After completing each workshop selection panel, the participant is asked about purchasing access to the 6:30pm (Eastern US) concert.
The next section discusses payment for the Stephen Foster Dulcimer Retreat. In this section, one chooses all that apply.
In the example:
Registration Fee $10
Five Workshops $50
Add the concert $10
Total cost is $70.
And finally, submit after completing the form. Then proceed to PayPal to complete registration.
